Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Environment and Conservation to pre-commit funding in the amount of $1,046,416 against its budgetary appropriations in 2013-14 to facilitate the award of a contract to Enercon Builders Inc. to facilitate construction of a New Discovery Centre at Salmonier Nature park.  (Revised on September 20, 2012)
