Under the authority of subsection 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to issue a Request For Proposals for the purchase and implementation of an Internet optimization and monitoring solution for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador in accordance with section 9 of the Public Tender Regulations, 1998.
