Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Christopher Mitchelmore, as Minister of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation; and Minister Responsible for the Research and Development Corporation, with effect from February 27, 2017.
