Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to:

i) Permanently close that section of the former Route 413 highway reservation which extends from its intersection at the re-aligned Route 413 to its intersection at Harbourview Road, measuring 2.172 hectares in area as described in Schedule “A” and Schedule “B”, attached as Annex “B” of the Minister’s Submission;

ii) Convey to the Town of Burlington, for the sum of $1 and subject to those terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes, a portion of the highway closure area in item i) measuring 0.718 hectares in area as described in Schedule “A1” and Schedule “B1”, attached as Annex “C” of the Minister’s Submission; and

iii) Transfer to the Minister of Environment and Conservation administration and control of the remaining portion of the highway closure area in item i) measuring 1.454 hectares in area as described in Schedule “A2” and Schedule “B2”, attached as Annex “D” of the Minister’s Submission.
