Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 2,260 square feet of office space at 15 Hallett Crescent, St. John's, NL, occupied by the Provincial Advisory Council on the Status of Women, from Cheema Holdings Ltd. for a five (5) year term from August 1, 2012 to July 31, 2017 at a rental rate of $42,940.00 per annum ($19.00/square foot), exclusive of HST.
