Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 6 of the Labour Relations Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Labour Relations Board, effective immediately:

 i) Mr. Brian Gatien, as Vice Chair, for a five year term;

 ii) Mr. Richard White, as an Employer Alternate Member, for a two year term, and;

iii) Mr. Frank Pittman, as an Employee Alternate Member, for a two year term.
