Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Lori-Anne Companion as Deputy Minister of the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services, effective November 1, 2012, with salary at an appropriate level on the 2328 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
