Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds of up to $4,200,000 against its budgetary appropriations in each of fiscal years 2013-14 and 2014-15 to facilitate the award of a contract to Bell Aliant for the provision of services required to manage and operate government’s data centre.
