Under the authority of subsection 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to issue a Request for Proposals for three and five year options with respect to the provision of government’s data centre requirements after March 31, 2015 in accordance with Section 9 of the Public Tender Regulations, 1998.
