Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Rachelle Cochrane as administrative head of the Volunteer and Non-Profit Secretariat, effective immediately, for the period September 17, 2012 to December 11, 2012.
