Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 33 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution and delivery of the Hebron Drilling Equipment Set (DES) Settlement Agreement with Chevron Canada Limited, ExxonMobil Canada Properties, ExxonMobil Canada Ltd., Statoil Canada Ltd., Suncor Energy Inc. and Nalcor Energy - Oil and Gas Inc., substantially in the form on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, with final authority for such signing to rest with the Minister of Natural Resources.
