Under the authority of subsection 8(1) of the Public Tender Act, on the advice of the Deputy Minister of the Department of Transportation and Works, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Petit Forte to South East Bight ferry tender to not be awarded to the lowest compliant bidder, Puddister Trading Ltd., but to Norcon Marine  Services Ltd., the second lowest bid received in response to the tender call.
