Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding of $1,495,100 in 2013/2014 and $664,100 in 2014/2015 against its budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of the contract to Norcon Marine Services Ltd. for ferry service between Petit Forte and South East Bight.
