Under the authority of paragraph 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Local Service District of Gander Bay South to issue a Request for Proposals to select a design-builder for the procurement of a Potable Water Dispensing Unit, in accordance with Section 9 of the Public Tender Regulations, 1998.
