Health Professions Act
Under the authority of section 60 of the Health Professions Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force on October 5, 2012 for the health professions of Acupuncturists, Medical Laboratory Technologists, and Respiratory Therapists.
