Under the authority of subsection 4(5) of the Supply Act, 2016, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the transfer of $17 million from the Contingency Reserve to the Department of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development, Strategic Enterprise Development, (Subhead 3.1.03.08 - Loans, Advances and Investments), to facilitate a $17 million repayable loan contribution to Canada Fluorspar (NL) Inc. to assist with reactivation of the St. Lawrence Fluorspar mines.
