Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Peter Au as Assistant Deputy Minister – Taxation and Fiscal Policy in the Department of Finance, effective October 18, 2012, with salary at Step 28 on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
