Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Paul Noble as Deputy Minister of the Department of Justice and the Deputy Attorney General, on an acting basis, effective immediately, with salary at step 13 on the 2556 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
