Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing by Eastern Health of 6,408 square feet of office / clinic space at the Dawe Building, Bay Roberts with Dawe Enterprises Ltd. for a 4 year term from June 1, 2012 to May 31, 2016 at a rate of $27.50 per square foot ($176,220 per annum), excluding HST.
