Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to approve the assignment of Licence to Occupy No. 108350 for Crown land situated at Indian Arm Waters, in the Electoral District of Lewisporte, from John Primmer to Stephen Primmer, Rodger Primmer and John Primmer, for the purpose of a recreational cottage, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
