Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act, and upon the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution of a Conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to the real property situate at civic no. 11-35 School Lane, Brigus, Newfoundland and Labrador (as described in the survey attached to the Minister’s Submission as Annex B) to the Town of Brigus,in a form to be approved by the Department of Justice and on conditions determined by the Minister of Justice, subject to the provision of an Indemnification by the said Town of Brigus.
