Under the authority of section 4(1) of the Crown Royalties Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to order an arbitration and to appoint Mr. Richard Daw,effective immediately, as government’s nominee to the arbitration panel to resolve an outstanding dispute between the Department of Finance and the Iron Ore Company of Canada with respect to the calculation of royalty under the Labrador Mining and Exploration Company Limited Act.
