Memorial University Act
Under the authority of section 37 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University to purchase 5 Clark Place, St. John’s (as described in Annex A of the Minister’s Submission) for $375,000, plus or minus 7.5%, with existing University funds.
