Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture to pre-commit funds of $75,000 US in each of 2013-14 and 2014-15 against its budgetary appropriations to provide for the contract for exhibition booth services at the International Boston Seafood Show.
