Under the authority of section 3(1) of the Labour Mobility Implementation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve measures inconsistent with Chapter Seven of the Agreement on Internal Trade restricting the licensing of Licensed Practical Nurses from all other provinces and territories, except British Columbia, Manitoba and Alberta, as further described in the Minister’s Submission.
