Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary to issue a Request for Proposals for rental vehicles for confidential investigative purposes, with the Request for Proposals to be on an invitational basis to no fewer than three firms.
