Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding in the amount of $6,368,300 against its budgetary appropriations in 2013-14 and $3,702,500 in 2014-15 to facilitate the award of a contract to Pomerleau Inc. for construction of the St. Teresa’s Elementary New School.
