Under the authority of subsection 672.38 of the Criminal Code of Canada, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Criminal Code Mental Disorder Review Board, effective immediately:

 1) Dr. Jeffrey Neil Young, psychiatrist, of St. John’s, NL;

 2) Dr. John Michael Angel, psychiatrist, of St. John’s, NL; and

 3) Dr. Christine Caravan, psychiatrist, of Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s, NL.
