Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 7.5 m2, situated at Goose Cove, Trinity Bay, in the Electoral District of Trinity North, to Frederick Noel, for the purpose of a boathouse and wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such licences.
