Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint ­­­­­­­­­­­­­the Honourable Darin King as Minister of Justice, Government House Leader, and Minister Responsible for the Labour Relations Agency, with effect from October 19, 2012.
