Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint ­­­­­­­­­­­­­the Honourable Keith Hutchings as Minister Responsible for the Office of Public Engagement and Deputy Government House Leader, in addition to his existing responsibilities as Minister of Innovation, Business and Rural Development and Minister Responsible for the Research and Development Corporation, with effect from October 19, 2012.
