Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint ­­­­­­­­­­­­­the Honourable Nick McGrath as Minister of Service Newfoundland and Labrador, Minister Responsible for the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, Minister Responsible for the Office of the Chief Information Officer and Minister Responsible for the Government Purchasing Agency, in addition to his existing responsibilities as Minister Responsible for Labrador Affairs, with effect from October 19, 2012.
