Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Dan Crummell as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Advanced Education and Skills (Apprenticeship and Labour Market), with effect from October 24, 2012.
