Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Vaughn Granter as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Natural Resources (Forestry and Agrifoods), with effect from October 24, 2012.
