Under the authority ofsection 10 of the Interprovincial Subpoena Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make a regulation entitled “Court Designation Order (Amendment)”, as attached to the Minister’s Submission, to designate a coroner appointed under the Coroners Act of Ontario as a “court” under the Interprovincial Subpoena Act.
