Under the authority of section 111 of the Environmental Protection Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Regulations entitled “Waste Management Regulations, 2003 (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council and attached to the Minister’s Submission as Annex A.
