Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Marilyn Field as Associate Deputy Minister of the Department of Advanced Education and Skills, effective November 1, 2012 with salary set at $136,776 with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of her date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to November 1, 2012, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein, and with normal step progression and general increases to apply.
