Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Tracy King as Assistant Secretary to Cabinet – Social Policy, effective November 7, 2012, with salary at Step 25 on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, and with normal step progression and general increases to apply.
