Under the authority of section 6 of the Pension Benefits Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased, effective immediately, to:

1) Appoint the Manager of Pension Benefit Standards with Service Newfoundland and Labrador as the Deputy Superintendent of Pensions; and

2) Confirm, further to OC2009-367, TBA2010-F109 and TBA2012-F011, the Director of Pension Benefit Standards with Service Newfoundland and Labrador as the Superintendent of Pensions.
