Under the authority of section  7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land, comprising an area of 16 m2 situated at Holyrood Harbour in the Electoral District of Harbour Main, to Keith Healey for the purpose of a dock, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such licences.
