Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land, comprising an area of 21.16 m2 situated at Northeast Arm, Jerseyside, in the Electoral District of Placentia, St. Mary’s, to Philip Meade for the purpose of a wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such licences.
