Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Crown grant for an area not exceeding 75.34 hectares to 51710 Newfoundland and Labrador Limited, in the Electoral District of Placentia - St. Mary's, for the purpose of a residential subdivision to be situated at Whitbourne, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
