Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Marilyn Field as the Deputy Minister for the Office of Public Engagement within Executive Council, effective December 13, 2012, with salary set at $143,755 and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of her date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to December 13, 2012, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein, and with normal step progression and general increases to apply.
