 Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Advanced Education and Skills by

1) Reconstituting the Department, effective December 10, 2012, to be comprised of the following 5 branches:

a) Workforce Development and Immigration;

b) Post-Secondary and Skills Development;

c) Corporate Services;

d) Community and Social Development

e) Service Delivery

2) Effective December 10, 2012, abolishing the position of Executive Director of Immigration and Multiculturalism and establishing the new position of Executive Director - Policy; and

3) Effective December 13, 2012, abolishing the position of Associate Deputy Minister.
