Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Jean Tilley as Assistant Deputy Minister (Community and Social Development) with the Department of Advanced Education and Skills effective December 10, 2012, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of her date of appointment, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Ms. Tilley’s current salary, and with the normal provisions for promotion in the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, and any applicable salary increase on the basis of the classification, to be effective as of her date of appointment.
