Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Roxie Wheaton as Assistant Deputy Minister (Service Delivery) with the Department of Advanced Education and Skills effective December 10, 2012, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of her date of appointment, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Ms. Wheaton’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective as of her date of appointment, where applicable.
