Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dennis Hogan as Assistant Deputy Minister (Workforce Development and Immigration) with the Department of Advanced Education and Skills effective December 10, 2012, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of his date of appointment, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Mr. Hogan’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective as of his date of appointment, where applicable.
