Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Bruce Belbin as Assistant Deputy Minister (Post-Secondary and Skills Development) with the Department of Advanced Education and Skills effective December 10, 2012, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
