Under the authority of section 45.1 of the Assessment Act, 2006, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Regulations entitled “Special Purpose Properties Regulations”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council and attached to the Minister’s Submission as Appendix 1.
