Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased  to permanently close that section of abandoned highway reservation located at Hodderville and contained within the boundaries of the legal survey delineating an area of 913.10 square metres, and being more particularly described in Annex “B” of the Minister’s Submission, and to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell the section of abandoned highway to Elizabeth Swyers for that consideration and subject to those terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
